CODE OF CONDUCT – MHA Code of Conduct is strictly adhered to and enforced with the assistance of Benton County Police Department and MHA Security. You and your group will be removed without refund for use of profanity, heckling, hitting, or pushing of actors and other guests.
Use of cameras, cell phones, flash lights, lasers, glow sticks, etc. during the haunt are prohibited.
Molitor’s Haunted Acres features special effects, high-impact scares, and strobe lights. Please take caution in entering if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, have any type of heart condition, epilepsy, respiratory issues, or back pain.
Molitor’s Haunted Acres is not responsible for any injury due to participation in or attendance of Molitor’s Haunted Acres or any lost items.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR SCHEDULED TICKET TIME. We will not be able to guarantee we have capacity to fit you in if you arrive late. DO NOT call the Grill & Bar if you miss your time. Show our ticket booth attendee your ticket, and we will do our best to accommodate.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
In the event of weather closure, your ticket will be honored at a LATER DATE for the ORIGINAL TICKET TIME.
Tickets must be shown either printed out or on your mobile device before entry.
Smoking is permitted in DESIGNATED AREAS.
Outside alcohol is PROHIBITED on our grounds – Police on site will escort you out without a refund.
